I would like to teach my guide dog German so I was wondering if anyone knows the correct German terms to give for the various commands? My German lecturers are unsure as they haven't had dogs.
My school uses the regular commands such as: heal, sit, down, come, wait, stop, back, left, right and out. as well as a few more find commands such as: find left, find right, find the steps, find the door, and so on.

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

my dog has german commands. they gave me a paper where they were written like they are said, not like they are really spelled and I had to learn them. there are like 30 or more commands
just out of curiousity, what does the heal command mean?

Heel means you're asking the dog to come to your left side, or right, depending on where you're frome.
